Pulled Pork

To prepare:
Put all ingredients in crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours,
depending on roast size, or until meat is very tender snd easily falls apart.
Check occasionally and add more water as necessary. When done, remove meat from
pot, let cool and shred with fork. Place shredded pork back in Crockpot on WARM
setting with sufficient juice to taste and serve hot.
Serves: 4-8 depending on roast size
