Pulled Pork

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
 
• 3-5 pound any cut pork roast
• 32 ounces ketchup
• 1/2 to 1 cup water
• 3-5 tablespoons vinegar
• 3-5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 4-5 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
• A few dashes hot sauce (optional)
• 1 small/medium onion finely chopped
• 4-5 cloves of garlic

To prepare:
 

Put all ingredients in crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours, depending on roast size, or until meat is very tender snd easily falls apart. Check occasionally and add more water as necessary. When done, remove meat from pot, let cool and shred with fork. Place shredded pork back in Crockpot on WARM setting with sufficient juice to taste and serve hot.

Serves: 4-8 depending on roast size
